# eIQ Vela for i.MX 93

The **Vela** tool is used to convert a TF Lite model into a format compatible with Arm Ethos-U NPU. **eIQ Vela** extends
this with compatibility for **i.MX 93**. It can also be used to profile models by running simulated NPU performance
analysis.

This guide will show you how to:

* Install the **eIQ Vela** package
* Use **eIQ Vela** from the command line
