eIQ Vela for i.MX 93

The Vela tool is used to convert a TF Lite model into a format compatible with Arm Ethos-U NPU. eIQ Vela extends this with compatibility for i.MX 93. It can also be used to profile models by running simulated NPU performance analysis.
